Debbie Anne’s Personal Assistants provides personal assistant, companionship, and home‑support services in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.

2. Services We Provide
We provide non‑medical support services tailored to each client’s needs. These include:
• Personal Care — Assistance with non‑medical personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, grooming, toileting support, and general personal hygiene.
• Dementia Care — Support for clients living with dementia, including reassurance, routine assistance, orientation support, and help with daily activities.
• End of Life Support — Compassionate non‑medical support for clients and families during end‑of‑life stages, including comfort, companionship, and practical assistance.
• Companionship — Friendly companionship, conversation, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Shopping & Errands — Assistance with shopping, collecting prescriptions, and completing everyday errands.
• Outings — Support with attending social activities, appointments, or community outings.
• Dog Walking — Dog walking and basic pet care as agreed.
• Cooking Service — Meal preparation, light cooking, and assistance with food routines.
• Assistance to Appointments — Support with attending medical, social, or personal appointments, including transport assistance where agreed.
• Safety Checks — General wellbeing and home safety observations, such as checking for hazards, ensuring comfort, and monitoring for changes in routine.
• Domestic Cleaning — Light domestic cleaning such as tidying, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• On‑Call Service — An agreed on‑call service for urgent support needs within set hours. This is not an emergency or medical response service.
We do not provide medical, clinical, or nursing care.
3. Booking and Availability
Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by us. Availability may vary depending on demand. We reserve the right to decline bookings where necessary.
4. Payments
• Payments are processed securely through Wix or another approved payment provider.
• We do not store or access card details.
• Payment is required before or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Regular clients must ensure payments are made on time. Late or missed payments may result in services being paused, which could leave clients without care until the balance is cleared.
• This policy ensures fairness, protects staff availability, and prevents disruption to scheduled care.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• You may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment with no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• If we cancel due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged and may reschedule.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original payment method.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information about your needs
• Ensure a safe environment for our staff
• Treat staff with respect
• Notify us of any changes to your circumstances
• Not request medical or clinical tasks outside our scope
We reserve the right to withdraw services if staff safety is at risk.
7. Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
• Provide services with care, professionalism, and respect
• Maintain confidentiality
• Arrive on time or notify you of delays
• Communicate clearly about bookings and changes
• Protect your personal information in line with UK GDPR
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We protect your information in accordance with UK GDPR. Personal data is used only for providing services and is stored securely. Payments are processed by Wix; we do not store card details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
• Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by you
• Circumstances beyond our control
• Medical issues, emergencies, or health‑related incidents (as we do not provide medical care)
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updates will be posted on our website.
